10. Returns We only accept returns if the product is damaged or if there is a printing error. Given the custom nature of our printed-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please review the product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before making your purchase.

11. Exchanges At Tiny Happy Planet, we do not offer exchanges. Each product is created on demand specifically for each order, which means we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. If you encounter an issue with your product, please refer to our returns section.

12. Damaged Items or Print Errors If you receive a product that is damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 4 weeks of receiving your order. To facilitate a quick resolution, please provide:

• A detailed description of the problem.
• Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect print.

Upon receiving your claim and assessing the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected items. Our goal is to resolve any issues with damaged or incorrectly printed items promptly and to your satisfaction.

13. Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please let us know. While lost orders are rare, we will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement. Please note that replacement for lost orders is subject to our investigation of the shipping details and confirmation that the order has not been delivered.
